At Banana Home, many of our sofas and furniture pieces are made especially for you.
Order Cancellations
If you order an item that is out of stock or on pre-order, it will be manufactured specifically for you.

You may cancel your order within 10 days of placing it.

During this period, we have not yet begun production, so a full cancellation is possible.
After 10 days, production may already be underway and materials may have been ordered. Because of this:

Cancellations requested after 10 days cannot be refunded as you order has begun production.
Our made-to-order process allows customers to access beautiful custom furniture, but like any custom-made product, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations once production has begun.
Returns
We want you to love your Banana Home sofa. If for any reason you are unhappy, you may request a return.
Return conditions:

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item.

A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

A collection fee will also apply for returned items.
Packaging Requirements
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
If original packaging is unavailable:

Repackaging fees may apply

Additional time may be required to arrange suitable packaging before collection
All items need to be in like-new condition and must not be marked, damaged or soiled in any way
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Some items are custom-made or built specifically for your order. Because of this:

Returns may not always be possible.
However, if there is a possibility for the item to be resold or rehomed, our team will do our best to work with you and find a solution.
